By completing a Purchase Order, You are agreeing to purchase the Product at the price set out on the Website.

Full payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by Credit Card only. You warrant that You are the authorised user of the Credit Card account used to complete the payment. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). The final charge to your card is made in AUD and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider.

All Purchase Orders placed through www.wineinacan.com are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Intelligent Packaging Pty Ltd trading as Barokes Wines. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase order. Intelligent Packaging Pty Ltd may reject Your Purchase order, and refund any payment made by You, at any time before dispatch.

Barokes Wines reserves the right to increase or decrease prices on the Website at their discretion.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping is charged according to order destination and is calculated at check out. We use Australia Post for delivery and this will take approximately 3-7 working days. We may also use other courier services at our discretion, as required.

Barokes Wines does not ship online orders internationally.

ONLINE REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  We are happy to exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
